I fell in love with the idea of a maxi skirt paired with a basic t-shirt when I first spotted it on the Christian Siriano Spring 2012 RTW runway.  My favorite outfits are those that can be dressed up just as much as they can be dressed down, and this combination allows for the perfect day or night look, depending solely on how you accessorize.
