As much as I love the summer and warmer temperatures, there is something so exciting about walking outside in the morning and knowing that you need to add layers to your outfit. Lately, I have been relying heavily on my oversized, or boyfriend, cardigans to go over top of my summer dresses. As the temperature continues to drop, I will continue to add more to the outfit: a scarf, tights, boots, maybe an added shirt or vest. Of course, I’m happy to make that transition one step at a time…and for now, I am making the most of my brights and open-toed shoes.
Your dress is gorgeous! I love the color. I’m a big fan of layering, and you did a great job with it here.
