When it comes to shopping for skirts, one silhouette that I find to be universally flattering is the ‘circle’ or ‘skater’ skirt. This style really works to accentuate your waist, and when pleated, adds texture to your outfit. I’d recommend purchasing a circle skirt in a neutral shade and wearing it casually with a t-shirt, boyfriend cardigan and flat boots or dressed up with a silk blouse, a blazer and ankle booties. My picks are as follows:
1. Topshop Melton Circle Skirt by Boutique – $100
2. DKNY Ramine-blend Circle Mini Skirt – $275
3. Alice + Olivia Box Pleat Leather Skirt - $396
4. Topshop Red Ribbed Pleated Skirt - $68
5. Miss Selfridge Black Textured Skater Skirt - $50

I am downright obsessed with the Alice + Olivia option. I might just have to bite the bullet
the color….the leather….the pleating…I mean what’s not to love!! x
Love the Alice + Olivia one!

I don’t have it because I don’t think I look good with it on! But I really like no 4! The color is awesome!
