A basic, black pump is a must in any wardrobe. Paired with anything from a business suit to your favorite pair of boyfriend jeans, this classic shoe will be the one you reach for time and time again. Don’t shy away from owning different pairs for different occasions. You might want a higher heel and a platform style for a night on the town, while a Mary Jane, round-toe version might be better suited for your 9-5. Some of my current favorites are as follows:
