Some days just don’t call for high heels. I wore this outfit to run some quick errands, and couldn’t have been happier in my new favorite “flats.” Of course, it’s impossible not to feel happy when you’re sporting neon yellow in any way, shape, or form. What’s your favorite bright piece?
